According access to advanced digital education
In cooperation with The OCP Group, the Solicode Center project has been conceived under the inspiration of the Youcode school model, launched in 2018 in Morocco. The Youcode model represents a free digital training open to everyone and without any diploma requirement. Based on self- learning and knowledge sharing, the project promotes the latter through the use of online dedicated platforms and other open sources. The main objective is to facilitate access to programming by fast-tracking the acquisition process to necessary skills essential to digital transformation professions.
Promoting the disclosure of web developer profiles
The Solicode Center is open to disadvantaged youth aged between 18 and 35, who have self-developed digital skills. The youth join certified and accredited training in the web development domain offered by the center under the Youcode model (“Simplon” certificate).
The flexible learning process is 1170 hours of training, including an 110 hour internship. This training is pursued online through the French platform Simplon, covering 7 technical modules that primarily highlight the design and development of front-end interfaces, the coding of dynamic back-end processing, and the necessary bases of project management. Additionally, other complementary modules are at disposal with a main focus on soft skills, foreign languages and entrepreneurial culture.
