Prioritizing knowledge and skills acquisition
The center is one of two pilot institutions where the hybrid VET by EHL (École Hôtelière de Lausanne) training model has been implemented. Based on Swiss standards, recognized as among the best in the world, this program emphasizes best practices and soft skills through innovative pedagogical methods. Utilizing the "Train the Trainer" system, instructors adopt EHL's best practices with ready-to-use materials (courses, videos, presentations). The mastery of supervision and the rotation between classes and internships enable trainees to develop both technical and personal abilities.
The training program spans 18 months and consists of three certification levels, offering professional certificates in four fields: Culinary Arts, Food & Beverage Services, Accommodation, and Hotel Management.
